The unit we got was great-sized and well-kept with hairdryer, the fridge, as for instance. Everything was very good and the staff was outstandingly friendly and excellent.

This hotel was located in a central area close enough to trams and trains. It also was close to amazing restaurants. The room was budget and tidy with external window, had a good night's sleep.

I've stayed before and its convenient to city, trams close by, pub across road has great food, undercover car parking is always a bonus...

For the price this hotel is quite close to the city and very close to restaurants. The high light was the pub next door that had great meals and friendly service.

There are lights on outside the room and I found it to be to bright in the room even with the curtains drawn. The hand basin was damaged and the carpet was burnt with an iron, and the tv reception was poor.

This place has a convenient location near the city and train station, with friendly staff and attention to detail.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Motel is in a great location too, if you are looking for somewhere close by to food and shopping etc.

Thought the advertising of 'Free Continental Breakfast' is a bit misleading. The motel provides some bread slices and small packets of cereal in your room that you can prepare yourself. Instant coffee etc. No going to the kitchen for a prepared meal. I think this needs improvement as other hotels can offer a better meal service for the same price.

It was reasonably priced. Came in Melbourne to relax and have fun, this cheap hotel was nice place for doing it. The staff there were very professional and efficient;))

Free parking on site provided. Cheap room with 3 beds, FRIENDLY service. Marvellous and easy location around 10-15 minutes walk from Collingwood Town Hall.

This place is conveniently located just 20 km from the airport. the room was affordable and incredibly clean, featuring a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and nice big bath sheets. Plus, there’s a great selection of inexpensive food options for meals. 🍽️.

There was nothing at all that I liked about the hotel.

Where do I start. The hotel was unkept, dirty, scary, No security and I have to say that we lost money as we were too frightened to stay another night and left early losing a nights acommodation.

tv channels did not work. even after auto search, tv channel selection got down to just one station with no abc. repeated re tuning failed to achieve a choice of tv stations. breakfast was hardly "continental breakfast" standard. And no fresh air. No windows would open even slightly. but these are not major issues. We do not watch tv much, we went out to eat and we were not at motel long enough for the stuffy room to be much of a problem.
